Wierd reaction to co-codomol and fluoxetine

I am on fluoxetine for depression and co-codomol for pain. I don't usually take them at the same time but today I did and felt quite unwell.

I had shaky hands and felt sick, cold hands and feet, felt generally faint and with a racing heart.

It is passing a bit now but has scared me a little. I think in future I will make sure I have the meds with food and at different times.

When I looked online it mentions serotonin syndrome, but I have not had this reaction before.

OK I reckon it might be that as have increased to dose of one of the meds recently.

Has anyone else had this? It's not pleasant. Bit of a warning to me I think.
