My Ds 15 months had the hib men C vaccine last wednesday (so about 5 days ago). he's had a temperature since Saturday-38.5 on sat, went up to 40.2 last night at 3.30am. He woke us up in a distressed, hyper state, crawling around and wimpering and shivering, gave him calprofen, vomited most of the calprofen back up, I rang Camidoc (our out of hours surgery) and the Dr said it "might be" a vaccine reaction. I got the temp down by rubbing him down with warm water and then he stayed up and played very happily till 8am (me not happy, obviusly)...now asleep...as has DH been since 4pm.
Has anyone else experienced this after Hib Men C booster? After 3 days?
