That might be why. I know you did LL last year, but I think you have less to lose?
When I first started CD I has this, it does settle but might be worth getting it checked anyway.
A few of my CD clients are reporting funny periods. Even if they have coil fitted.

don't know about frequency but I have been having very heavy and clotty. Dr prescribed tranexamic acid (to slow down/lessen the flow) which seems to be doing the trick so far .. but it has only been a couple of days!
