FLU Remedies during pregnancy? Anyone?

I've come out of bed in desperation for some advice on what I can do to feel better. I've been ill since Thursday and just getting worse and worse. Every part of my body aches like mad, I'm shivery and sweaty and my head feels like it's going to explode! Been taking paracetamol as it's the only thing we're allowed to take but it's not helping at all. I've also got a terrible cough where my chest feels like it's going to split open but I suppose the worst bit right now is my head. Any idea's?

Also, I was thinking of making some kind of hot drink with honey but not sure what to put together - anyone got any suggestions?

Lots of honey and lemon , lots of rest, hot ribena and lots of TLC.

If only I had some lemon, will have to get dh to go out tomorrow. I don't have ribena but we have some blackcurrent high juice so may try that

Hi Mo. I should have closed on Thursday and Friday but didn't want to let people down plus had ds anyway (would have closed if the kids were well but they'd all been poorly anyway).

I've only got the one baby on Monday but if I feel like this, I will definitely close.

Off to do some steaming to try and clear my nose then back in bed.
