Very visible veins - Photo attached

I was wondering if anyone had any clue what this could be. I've been to the doctors who don't seem concerned but I just don't understand why my veins have suddenly become so visible. It's all over my body too. They definitely never used to be like this and I would say they have only become this visible over the past 2-3 months.

I have been on Propranolol and wondered if that could do it but I've now come off them as it made me feel unwell.

I have health anxiety and I just worry that it's something serious with it being my veins.

Also, I feel like I have lumps under my skin all over my body, which are painful. Does anyone else have anything like this?

Could you be pregnant?

Too hot when you took the pic?

@Vintagecreamandcottagepie Definitely not pregnant and they are like this constantly. Been like it for a few months now ☹️

Yes I took it this evening but they are always like that. They seem worse in the bathroom light 🤔. I'm just worried that they weren't like that before but now they are. Makes me curious what's causing it
