I started training for 'Race for life' and the British heart foundation race a few weeks back. I am going the 'couch to 5k' programme and do not push myself too much. I warm up and cool down. Misdee came over on monday and we started the programme but my feet started to hurt and then Misdee hurt her knee so we took a walk home. Since then, both of my feet have hurt, I can't get up the stairs without holding on, it feels like my bones are crushing together. What have I done??
