Just wanting to get some opinions on this. I’ve had what I’ve treated as a bad cold/virus for about 10 days: sore throat, cough, blocked nose, fever, muscle soreness, nausea.
But tonight I’ve suddenly come out in little patches of pinprick rashes and I don’t know what to make of them. Does anyone have any advice? They aren’t painful or itchy - if I hadn’t showered I’d doubt I’d of noticed them so I’m thinking they can be ignored? They are more noticeable on me than the picture make them appear.
