After a year I've worked out it always happens in the middle of my cycle, it is worse some months than others. It's really bad this month, I'm on day 2 of it at the moment. WHY? Are painkillers the only solution, and put up with the nausea? I can't take the pill due to visual migraines and can't have the coil (long story), DH has had the snip because my contraceptive options were limited.
