Jennster is right, you can take codeine, inbruprofen and paracetamol togetehr, but only one lot of each.

Take either the nurofen plus and straight paracetamol, or co-codamol and straight nurofen or ibuprofen.

ibuprofen is anti inflammatory so better for that sort of pain. Leave 4 hours before you take the nurofen plus
