Anyone fed up of this cold/cough ??

I know everyone has some form of cough or cold right now ! Mines been blocked nose, then blocked again now. My eyes hurt and my head feels so heavy. When I do manage to blow my nose it then runs coloured mucus like a tap! I'm just sick of it not shifting. Has anyone had this and shifted it ?!

I know it's not the end of the world but I'm so miserable 😖

So much about at the moment isn't there.
For.blocked nose and pressure in the head/sinus area I swear by the Sudafed spray, the white and blue packaging and bottle one. Its a god send if you haven't tried it already x

I have been using it for the last two days, it's good but my head jus feels so stuffy ! X

@yellowroses7 have you tried a good old fashioned steam tub? Whack your head over a bowl of hot water and take in the steam? X
Have you got a temp at all? Was just wondering with the colour mucus you mentioned whether there was a chance of sinus infection? Xx
