Early hand foot and mouth?

Hi all,

Just looking for a bit of advice.

Background...The last 2 photos are of my baby. The spots around her mouth appeared Tuesday morning after being quiet on Monday. I noticed her legs on Wednesday...(thought it could possibly by HFM) doctors on Thurs who said legs were the result of one of the many seasonal virus and face was saliva rash and to put a barrier cream on...today (sunday) she's virtually cleared up.

Now, my question...Thursday I was freezing, thurs night and Friday I was hot (fever) and I've had a cold since...but tonight as I was in the shower I noticed some small (admittedly not very many) spots on my hands...obviously I then looked at my feet...spotted a few spots on my toes. I've got a singular sore in my mouth (assumed I'd just scratched it until today!).

Does it seem like baby may have had HFM and I've caught it or is it just total coincidence? Just panicking as I'm just back to work after maternity leave (I felt ill on day number 3, but we've been at home this week, and day number 4 is Tuesday and I'm supposed to be in the office).

If people think it may be HFM, I'll give the Dr a call first thing...

Thank you.

Could well be, but not sure why you need to call doctor for it first thing if it is?

My son and I both had a rash like this at the same time, a few days after recovering from covid. Though he didn't get anything on his face and I just had one spot next to my mouth.
Can't remember my research but decided it was just covid rash and not HFM. But the signs are similar.
