Hello,
I'm a doctoral researcher investigating the educational impact of childhood cancer. I wondered if there is anyone here who was diagnosed with cancer before they were 16 years old (and are now over 18) and would like to share their experiences of this by completing my questionnaire. Questions are around cancer diagnosis and school experiences during and after cancer treatment.
This is a very under researched area in the UK and your participation would contribute to knowledge on this topic which could make a difference for children diagnosed with cancer whilst at school.
The study has full ethical approval from the University of Lincoln and all the study details can be found once you open the questionnaire.
Content Warning
A warning though that participating may cause distress and there are support agencies included at the end of the questionnaire if needed.
The questionnaire can be accessed here: lincoln.onlinesurveys.ac.uk/main-cancer-the-educational-implications-of-paediatric-ca
Many thanks in advance ☺️
