They made me a bit light headed and green! I prefered the gum - more of a hit, though no real substitute. Keep it up though - i stopped nearly 2 years ago and feel dead smug and healthy. Good luck!

do you eventually get used to it? arm not hurting yet, but i've only had it on for two hours.
