He had quite loose stools (TMI, sorry) on Sunday night, but nothing through the night. Then another lot yesterday. each time he said his tummy was really sore beforehand.
Problem is he is a child who says "I've got a sore tummy" every single day. He's saying it now, its to do with not wnating to go to school most of the time.
Should I send him and give the teacher a note to say he really did have a sore tummy and if it gets worse to send him home .
