Chest infection when pregnant? Is this what it is?

Had a cold for a week now. Terrible throat nose sinus pain- all cleared but for 2 days since I have had a dry cough. Not constant but in the mornings I have had to clear my chest and yellow gunk has come out. This morning with a slight tinge of blood (I think from coughing too hard)

Rest of today I have just been having a random dry cough now and again.

I'm worried I might be getting a chest infection? It says on NHS website that it's normal to get yellow or green come up with a viral chest infection? It's only in the morning too? I had the same when I had covid but it cleared up after 4 days but I understand in pregnancy it can be different?

I am worried as I'm allergic to penicillin and don't think there are any other 'safe' antibiotics for treating a chest infection while pregnant.

I will contact my GP tomorrow just wanted to know if anyone thinks this could be something of concern?

Thanks
