Hmmm anybody got any ideas or advice on ds.

I have just changed ds for bed and his nappy was dry apart from a drop of blood by where his penis had been.I checked him and there wasn't any marks or anything where he could have scratched himself.
We had been out for about 4 hours so he had had the nappy on for awhile.
Any ideas?

Hmm, does he have a temp? is he complaining of any pain or discomfort? if he's still dry in the morning I'd take him to the doctors. How old is he btw? we found with ds1 that as he got older (18 months + iirc) and closer to being ready for toilet training we would get the occasional dry nappy during the day
