Hi I'm not massive but in the obese category over 30 BMI. Recently I've been drinking a lot due to stress and not drinking enough water etc and been waking up with damp pjs. I do wrap myself up in my thick quilt all night as I don't like the quilt off me.
I also suffer low iron too could this make it happen ? Ive stopped drinking now and trying to up my water etc & will be losing weight too ! I also haven't got any other major worrying symptoms like unexplainable weight loss etc!
I have read it could be perimenopause but I didn't think it was that I'm only 36!! 😦😐

Everyone sweets over night, especially if you are too hot. I have a thick duvet on but not Pjs at the moment. Make you’re just too hot.

My Mum was in menopause by 42. Some people go into menopause as early as 30 but it’s rare.

You need to see a doctor. They'll be able to rule out/ tell you what it might be.

I get this. I've noticed a pattern where it's more common before my period, but sometime get it other times too. Im like you, bit overweight and stressed (but I've had this for years now when I was skinny too, so it just seems to be my normal)

I have had blood tests etc in the past and all seems to be, but just wanted you to know it can be hormone related without it necessarily meaning the peri menopause
