Rash on breast - any ideas what it is?

Hi all, I'm currently being treated for an infected insect bite I got whilst abroad last week. Its being treated with clindamycin and fucidin H cream. Yesterday I developed a rash on my breast. It seems to be spreading. Could they be related or does anyone have any idea what it could be please? (The rash is non blanching - have attached glass pic) Thanks

I should have mentioned, my children are all older and I am not breastfeeding or pregnant. Thank you x

They both look very sore you poor thing, you should seek medical advice, at least call 111 especially as it is spreading.

I would call 111 and make sure they know you have another infection.

Is it hot to touch? Lump? I once had a rash which was an infection which caused a blocked duct. Antibiotics cleared it right up. (Decades before I had kids.)
