Urine test shows protein + should I be worried?

Lots of abdo pain, they think it's endo

I had protein in my urine a few weeks back at one of my antenatal appointments so they sent it to the lab for testing. Thankfully all came back fine and my midwife said it sometimes happens from contamination if the pots aren't sterile or from discharge.
