what should i do about this rash on my calves

sudden red rash appeared on both calves sunday, i googled and assumed they came from walking in the woods
they died down but then came back on wednesday
still red but not hot today.
is this a worth a GP trip or a pharmacy trip?

I'd try the pharmacist first personally.
