Weight loss and need energy

Hi everyone

I have a 2 year old and 9 month old there both up from 6 am and my 9 month old still wakes through the night
I'm constantly tired just feel like crap
And was wondering if anyone had tips and knew products that can give you energy

I've also gained weight from both my pregnancys and just cant shift it my stomach looks horrible sticks out above my belly button and have an apron which has got worse looking from my second c section
Wpuld love some easy weight loss ideas and exercises that can help
I was thinking of doing slim fast shakes

With disturbed sleep and young children you are bound to be tired, but slim fast shakes aren’t going to help with that at all. These might give you a boost. I always feel better after just a week of taking these.

You would be better to increase fibre and lean protein to help you feel fuller and stick to a calorie target to lose weight.

I lost a few stone by sticking to 1,500 calories a day (rather than the ridiculous target of 1,200 calories that My Fitness Pal tried to suggest!). I do still log everything on MFP now I’m on maintenance calories of 1,700 and have kept the weight off for 3 years now.

Work out your tdee here (maintenance calories) and reduce the total calorie amount by 20% to get a weight loss target to aim for.
