Awful tummy and back pain

Sunday night I was kept awake with horrific mid back pain, like a constant contraction. Ibuprofen didn't touch it. So was awake most of the night trying to find any position that eased it. I figured it was my period coming back (DD is 9 months and still a breastfeeding monster so was surprised) but no show.

In the morning it shifted round to my tummy - lower than my stomach and felt more like awful trapped wind. Had some Andrews salts, paracetamol, lots of water, trying to pass wind/bowel movement but nothing made much difference.

Was able to do the nursery run with a double buggy, and the walking and movement seemed to help as it was then lingering discomfort through the day that eased with a hot water bottle, but come the early evening it was awful again. Wasn't sure I'd be able to manage kids collection but I did. However couldn't stomach eating anything as I was also feeling so tired I felt sick. So went to bed at 8:30 and fell asleep right away until being woken at 7 (other than 3 night feeds...).

Today it's been better most of the day, but again this evening it's returned and is shifting between back and tummy. No joy from any of the treatments above. It's more like trapped wind this time but no relief when farting.

I think I'm going to have to call the GP tomorrow as it's been going on 2 days now with little relief, but it feels a bit extreme. If it was period pain I wouldn't be calling them for it, but I guess that's not the point - I'd know the clear cause if that were it!

Any thoughts on how to treat it in the meantime? Or whether it's too soon to call the GP?

There's an awful bug going around there's a thread last month on it

Cystitis possibly? Any other symptoms?

I've not got diarrhoea or vomiting though, but I guess it could be something like that. Kids are incredibly snotty so definitely a virus in the house, but their nappies are fine (for once!)

No issues or pain passing urine, but not going particularly frequently as have been busy. I assume that would be the case were it cystitis?

Only other symptoms are lack of appetite, fatigue, and a headache this evening but I think that could be fatigue related
