eczema over the counter treatment

can anyone recommend anything i can get from the chemist? i have i tiny bit of eczema in my ear that has come out of nowhere and it just won't go, what can i use that works? :(

go to the chemist and ask the pharmacist for advice. you can get hydrocortisone cream over the counter but you'd need to check it's ok to use on your ears.
