Sometimes when I need to urinate, a sudden pain comes on in my kidneys.
I know I don't drink enough, nowhere near. I really need to get better at it 😕
But just had a really painful episode there when I needed to wee and suddenly my kidney hurt so much. It's eased off now, just a dull ache.
It's not the first time this has happened, you'd think I'd have learned by now.
