how soon can i go swimming after giving birth?

my dd is now 6 weeks old, and (ive not been for a six week check but all is fine)
any idea when i can swim?

I had a second degree tear which was stiched but healed v quickly

i would say that if you have stopped bleeding then you are prob fine to go.
