Jakemans throat and chest sweets while pregnant?

Hi I have come down with an awful sore throat I'm 6 weeks pregnant and just finding conflicting information if these sweets are ok to have?

Does anyone know or spoken to a midwife when you've had a cold it's the jakemans throat and chest sweets menthol ones.
