Pink mole become itchy with a weird rash on it?

Hey does anyone know if I should be worried or not about this mole? I am Pregnant and this mole in my inner left breast has become itchy a little sore and developed these little red spots on it? I will speak to the GP Monday but only noticed it this evening.

I don't know, but hope it's ok. Always worth getting something like this checked.

I think pregnancy can cause changes in the skin?

The spots could be from itching it. Anything new needs checking.

@familyissues12345 yes will definitely call Monday. I had one removed from my leg 5 weeks ago still awaiting results now this one has gone funny too 😣
