Aspirin?

I think there is an online thing somewhere that you can check markings

ErrolTheDragon · 06/09/2022 08:41

The numbers look like an expiry date so they need binning anyway.

MaitlandGirl · 06/09/2022 08:42

www.drugs.com/imprints.php

try here :)

WonkotheWonderDog · 06/09/2022 08:44

Why not take them to the local pharmacy and ask? They can also dispose of them if they are OOD.

MaitlandGirl · 06/09/2022 08:47

Google images says it’s Pipamperone - not sure if there are others that shape though.

FannyFifer · 06/09/2022 08:49

Is it a dissolvable tablet?

MKCH · 06/09/2022 08:49

If you Google the AP/DRUGS/14/2015 it comes up with Topiramate Milpharm - a migraine drug. Ring any bells?

Hello, the code is not a date code. It is an internal reference code for the manufacturer. It is linked to importing and its storage.

Pharmacist here, that looks to be something called Zopiclone. The markings match with my drug reference guide.

Zopiclone is a very strong, non-benzodiazepine hypnotic drug. It's a powerful sleeping tablet and is considered a controlled drug.

Hope this helps.

AnghofioPopeth · 31/10/2022 23:47

I'm not sure about it being zopiclone- why would it uave 0 mg. They are usually 7.5mg or 3.75mg

The packet has a dose ending in a zero.
Zopiclone comes as either 3.75mg or 7.5mg so it won't be zopiclone.
Could potentially be zolpidem though as that comes as 10mg, but that tends to be oval rather than round for most brands.

AuntieDickhead · 31/10/2022 23:51

Google lens suggests fluxotine

YelKay · 07/10/2023 17:27

These are 7.5mg zopiclone

Propranolol!

Chickenwing2 · 18/04/2024 22:12

I have just googled my tablets and have googled the code "AP/DRUGS/14/2015" and this thread came up. My packet is identical to yours- I think mine were sleeping tablets but it's annoying that the name of it isn't showing.

They look like zopiclone. Is there a number on the other size and the word “zoc”

Zopiclone. I take them. 100% zopiclone. Sleeping tablet

Whoopsmahoot · 19/04/2024 12:38

I’ve never known zopiclone to be a dose that ends in 0mg. Amfexa is definitely that shape- it’s an adhd top up medication and can be split. Not sure it comes in blister packs though.

Westfacing · 19/04/2024 12:38

It's scored so it's something that you can properly cut into 2 or 4.

Hard to be certain but is that expiry date 2004?

Westfacing · 19/04/2024 12:39

Sorry Zombie thread!

Also you can get 10mg zopiclone as well as the ones you have mentioned. If they have been in a meds cupboard she only needs to think what shes been prescribed in the past lol
