What’s this annoying pain?

Obviously people will say go to GP, but I already have done during pregnancy and after pregnancy. So do not want to bother them again.
I have had this dull sort of constant ache in my right hand abdomen - sort of behind the edge of my ribs, a little higher than belly button level but not central - since around November last year. That was halfway through a pregnancy. So of course I researched and thought gallstones must be brewing. So once the baby was born I had a gallbladder scan - nothing there. I think it was a full abdomen scan, she seemed pretty thorough and so I reckon she checked pancreas, liver etc too. She said there was nothing to see, and I don’t spose there’s really muscles there, so what could be the problem?
The pain does get more noticeable after I eat sometimes. It is like a low-level stitch. Sometimes radiates down to my low back or up to my shoulder. OBVIOUSLY I am worrying every day that I have pancreatic cancer but I have no other symptoms thank god. But they do say no symptoms of that show up until it’s too late. But also, have had the scan and nothing seen. So I know rationally that is HIGHLY unlikely.
I do have a slightly fatty liver, so does that fit? Wouldn’t the pain then not be in this one specific spot (the liver is massive)? I never drink but am size 16 so now the kids are back at school I am doing tons of exercise and hoping if this pain is to do with fatty liver, it will go away ??
(Yes I do have anxiety but that cleared up beautifully while pregnant - coming back now - so wouldn’t have thought this would be down to that).
Thanks!

If nothing is showing up on the scans then it's possibly bad bacteria building up, especially if it happens more when you eat. I had this years ago and it became extremely painful, I never went to the doctors but I thought I would self treat with probiotics (I took yakult) and one day after about a week it suddenly just went. I still to this day don't know what caused it though. But the pain always came on after food and I lost quite a bit of weight.

Thank you @Samarie123 thats interesting. Hopefully that’s the case. I do consume kombucha/sauerkraut/actimel/kefir etc for probiotics but still could be the case! Maybe things aren’t clearing from the gallbladder quite right. I do have a hiatus hernia too but that’s not the right region I don’t think.
