Are stomach pains normal with a sickness bug?

DD 7 spent last night being sick and the other. Today no sick and only a little pooh accident

But she has been complaining of severe stomach pain despite being maxed out on calpol and nurofen.

Yes it's normal, the bowels cramp after loose movements and vomiting. Try and avoid solid food and stick to fluids and then try in the morning with dry toast. However if she seems unwell and has a temperature, it's worth getting her checked out in case of something more serious like appendicitis.
