my 16mth boy has been suffering today, could just be a cold with conjunctivitis, but he also has very red cheeks. i thought this might be excema, which he usually only gets on his legs, but am now wondering if its something else?
he had terrible nappy rash too but that seems to be clearing up. any ideas?!

it might be slapped cheek syndrome? i think its a virus and just infant paracetamol will alleviate it??

yes, it sounds like it could be doesn't it? feels like only weeks ago he had hand, foot and mouth!
well, will take him to the doctors to get him checked out, but apart from being a bit clingy and whinging he doesn't seem in terrible pain or anything, and 5th disease sounds very mild if that is what it is.
thanks!
