Fell over - how long for knee to heal?

I tripped over six weeks ago today, scuffed my knee and my hand. The knee didn't really swell up but was very sore to walk on for a week or so.

I've just tried to kneel down and it's still so painful to do that - is that normal? And how long is it likely to hurt for? I'm a 50 year old female.

Did you break it? It might be worth getting checked out

I fell over and cut my elbow on 4th July. It's still a bit sore. Don't think anything is broken.
