I have a 13mnth old ds who has a horrid bug and need to give him dioralyte but confused about how much to use.

He has three milk drinks a day about 200ml each (at least, he loves milk) and then also water with a little juice at other times.

So do I just add 1 sachet to 600ml(to account for his milk intake) or add what he would roughly have in water as well.

you should dilute it according to the packet instructions

I would then just give him 200ml of it
he might refuse to drink it

yes, the blonde is right. if she refuses the bottle, just give teaspoons every few mins. thats what i was advised.

ps you can add juice to the natural one. i tried different flavours to try to persuade mine to drink it.
