Smear Test - lots of blood

I had a smear test on Monday and on Tuesday (yesterday) I started getting cramps and lots of blood. I’ve had a wear a pad as my underwear was soaked and I’ve woken up and my pad is soaked. I feel lethargic too. My last period was on 5th August so it shouldn’t be my period.

is this normal?

No, that doesn't sound normal, a small amount of blood maybe. Ring the surgery and ask for a call back from the Dr. who will be able to advise you.
