Painful sore on labia majora

Apologies if it's TMI

It hurts. I am aware of the pain without even touching it.
It is swollen, hard and angry red. Now noticed another bump coming up the size of a peanut and had a head on it. That one isn't painful but there is pus coming out.

Is it any coincidence that I have a really sore throat and feeling hot, since sore popped up?

Docs appt awaits tomorrow, can barely even walk.
Haven't had sex in 6 months. Is it an STI?

Could it just be an ingrowing hair? Rub a bit of tea tree oil on it, should take the redness down, and then see what happens. If you know you haven't been putting it about prob not an STI. Would be interested to know what doc says - good luck!

Bartholins. Go to gp for antibiotics asap as will only get worse. May need more doing best to get it seen.

P.S not sti, sore throat and temp due to infection. If you are really hot, would consider going to A&E or walk in center asap and take paracetamol and brufen for pain and temperature.

I have had this from time to time, but only one at a time.
My mum gets them too. oc has told me they are cused by stress so if you are really stressed out, you can get them. They either go away by themselves, or the doc will give you anti-s. I always leave them as only a sniff of anti-b's gives me thrush, which I could really do without at any time, let alone with purple sores.

That's what I think it will be.
