Breathless and woozy from talking too much

Anyone have any thoughts on what this could be?

Wake up in the morning absolutely fine, the later it gets in the day and the more I’m talking to people in meetings etc I start to get increasingly dizzy, lightheaded and breathless. Quite significant heavy feeling around my sinuses. If I lie down it improves quite a bit.

Previously it only came on if I was talking for a long amount of time, I’ve started getting it now when I’m reading more than a chapter of a book to DD.

It feels like when you stand up too quickly and the room tilts if you know what I mean?

Only other issue is a deviated septum which means I cannot breathe out of one nostril at all, could I be getting short of breath because of that?

Some fatigue but very busy job / life

Possibly low iron

Could you be hyperventilating? It does sound like some sort of disordered breathing.

I hadn’t even considered that

It's hyperventilating. It happens to me also.

I've no idea why. The GP said I was anxious, I'm not.

I get some of this and for me, it is heart related.
I have been to Dr who referred me to hospital for ECHO heart scan, now waiting for appt with Specialist.
