Tooth, jaw and head pain

Hi all.
For almost a week now I've been having pain in my jaw on the left side , which is radiating to my head and making my teeth feel extremely sore and sensitive. Painkillers are working, however they wear off quickly and I am taking more than the recommended dosage of them as I can't handle the pain 😩 It's painful for my teeth, as in it feels like toothache? Unsure if it's my teeth or jaw feeling like this if that makes sense, I do have a cracked tooth on that side but it hasn't bothered my until now. Any help or ideas anyone? 😭

I haven't yet, up until a couple of days ago the pain was manageable and I also recently moved house so will need to register with a new one 😬

If there's a crack your gum could be infected or the start of an abscess
