Today I fell quite lightly on my knee where I have lumpy varicose veins, it must have pressed onto one of those ‘lumps’ and has come out in a massive purple bruise under the skin. I did it about 3 hours ago and it seems to be getting bigger…it’s very sore to touch and uncomfortable to walk. I just wondered if there is any reason to be alarmed or it’s normal to do this?!
