Any cheaper but as effective alternatives out there?

Yes very expensive there must be some as effective out there

I’m not even sure it’s effective. I took it for 8 weeks and then decided to stop using it. I didn’t notice any positive results and had stomachache and vague nausea from the first week of taking it. Settled back to normal when I stopped the Symprove.

Would be interesting to know if anyone has experienced positive results.

Used symprove for about 16 weeks on recommendation of gastroenterologist. Found it helpful - after about 4 weeks - but they had warned me that it would take 4-6 weeks to effect any change. There was an alternative but it was £20 a month more!

In what way was it helpful for you ?

It’s so very expensive.
My dietician recommended VSL.
Many people also say that Bio-Kayla is good.

Nb gastroenterologist also recommended VSL.

It helped by reducing bloating and wind & pain in the lower left quadrant

Dietician at hospital said biokult good also we inulin powder
