Small Lump on Neck

I've noticed a small red lump on my neck. It feels like a small pea. It looks like a spot but it isn't sore.

Should I get this checked out? I'm not sure how long to leave it.

I've had lots of sunburn in my youth and keep an eye on the moles on my back. As I've got older I've had more moles and some skin tags.

Is it hard and does it move?

Could it be a lymph node? Worth getting checked if you're worried

Yes, it's red and it's on the lower side of my neck. It doesn't really move, it's feels like a small lump.
