2 small lumps on upper thigh

I know I should see a Dr but currently have COVID so can't until next week. Wondered if anyone has had anything similar. I have 2 small hard lumps (smaller than a pea) quite close to each other on the upper front thigh. Been there for just over 2 weeks. They're not painful or tender.

Hi I have one in my thigh went to drs a few years ago about it and they said it was fine just a fatty lump apparently. I’ve recently noticed them in my forearms (once you find one start hunting for more) I’m ringing the drs tomorrow hopefully they say the same thing. Definitely ring just to put your mind at ease

Yes I have a few on my thighs too
