IIRC a sunken fontanelle can be one of many signs of dehydration

she is weeing but if she is pooing a lot (and has been poorly) then i would phone NHS Direct

you won't sound silly - that is what they are there for

Yes do phone NHS direct.
It sounds like she is dehydrated, to me - not surprising after diarrhoea and for so long.
I have rung them when ds just had a bad cold and they were so nice and reassuring (I thought he was in a bad way! He wasn't...)

sunken fontanelle indicates dehydration and baby needs seeing esp with upset tummy

0845 46 47 for NHS direct

Def sounds like dehydration. nhs can get you a appointment with a doc at 24 hr clinic at hosp, no waiting in AnE. you have done the best thing. dont play it down, tell them dd has been poorly. my dd was poorly took her to AnE, they sent me home, nothing wrong, next day still worried back to docs, in hospital for 5 days with bronchilitus, your gutt instinct is better than any docs.
