Does anyone have advice on antibiotics that are not penicillin? Hospital prescribed doxycycline for 5 days for pnuemonia. Took a few days but I found a way to get past side effects. Unfortunately pnuemonia came back and I was prescribed clarithromycin. Omg. Talk about kick me when I'm down. Worse than penicillin allergy. Now going back on doxy after talking to doctor. Anyone else got advice or share experiences
