Help! My 3 year old son, has spots/acne on his chin for weeks now. Some days the spots will create a white head, the white will disappear but the spot will not go away. I have brought him to the doctor, who said to keep it clean (which I have been) but could not give him any topical cream due to his age but weeks on & still no change. He's not a dribbler or anything, so not sure what's causing it? Any ideas/help?
