Feeling dizzy and nausea in the morning

The last couple of mornings I have woken up with the room spinning, feel dizzy and lightheaded. When I go to get up out of bed I feel really sickly. I’m starting to panic a little bit now after googling Any ideas what it could be.

Vertigo possibly. I had this a few years back and was definitely worse on getting up on a morning. Lasted a few months.

Any chance you could be pregnant? If not then maybe vertigo or labyrinthitis. I’d speak to your GP if it persists.

@knackeredagain could be right with the pregnancy suggestion as I thought I was having another bout of vertigo and found put O was pregnant about a week later

Very very slim chance of pregnancy, we use protection and I was on my period last week. I had thought vertigo, I remember a colleague having it a couple of years ago and it sounded similar. I’m wondering if it could possibly be stress - i’m going through a stressful time at the minute

It may be worth doing a covid test. Hope you feel better soon
