Ugh last week I wasn’t feeling great (super run down like I had the flu) suffered with a bad migraine for 2 days too and completely exhausted

now my ribs and my back feel bruised and sore it’s so painful!

i haven’t had any sort of accident / injury I can think of! But it literally fees like I’ve been in a car accident

husband reckons I’ve some sort of pulled muscle or a sprain - probably caused by carrying my daughter around

i do have to commute with her 4 days a week and the overground doesn’t have a lift so I take her out and fold the buggy up and carry her, he buggy on my shoulder and my bag on my back up a fairly steep set of steps ! So maybe this is the cause…

its awful Today can’t recover as I’m here trying to continue parenting which involves a lot of lifting on and out of the high chair etc

I’ve just gotten into bed now to take a break

anyone any ideas what’s happened to me and do I treat with warmth or ice 🙈 hellllp

Did you do a covid test when you felt flu like and had migraine? Symptom are so varied it could simply be that.

Were you coughing and pulled something ?

@Onceuponatimeinalandfaraway interesting I did a test last week but negative - might do another one this evening when I drag myself back out of bed see what it says
