Anyone else got this bug?

Stomach ache and had fever yesterday but luckily that's now resolved as I felt awful!

No nausea, diarrhoea, vomiting, just gripey stomach pains, no appetite and tired.

I’ve also had this. My youngest DC had it first but he did have vomiting.

it’s horrible isn’t it! I couldn’t even get out of bed on Friday as felt so awful. Starting to feel much better today but still not 100%

Likely Covid. A colleague had horrendous stomach pains and terrible fatigue- tested negative for a week then tested positive. Hearing of a few others with stomach pains so I wonder if it’s yet another new variant?

@Neverendingdust I only had covid in Feb so hoping it's not- lateral flow when I had the fever was negative. Will try another one today....

We had this a couple of months ago. Hubby, son and me all had the same symptoms. Stomach just kept rumbling and gurgling too!

Glad I found this post. I have had awful stomach pains since early hours of Saturday. No D or V, just repeated waves of pain that I can't talk through.

GP later this morning, but I suspect now I may be wasting his time.

@DeedIDo sorry you're also suffering, horrible isn't it- like your intestines are being electrocuted is the best way I could describe it!

Hope you're feeling better soon. Weirdly my stomach pains started Friday night and fever didn't arrive til 12 hours later.

GP this afternoon now. sounds like another Locum didn't show up.

Have had a telephone appointment, but that didn't achieve anything. Dr told me to eat as much as I can, but I had a piece of toast and I can't straighten up again.

Had so much to do today as well sigh

GP hadn't a clue to be honest, but has ordered some fairly standard blood tests

No fever.

Bought some Buscopan earlier. That's helping a bit, but not enough. That's all the doc could suggest at this point.

My DS has this! 5 days in and still ill. Hope everyone is ok

Well, I did go to A&E in the end. They did everything they could think of and still couldn't find anything.

I went because I had a BM at 5am this morning and the pain was so intense that I actually screamed.

Now have some proper painkillers (codeine). Was told to start with half a dose, but I think I will need the full dose.

Told to go back to GP if it doesn't go away and to go back to A&E if I suffer further acute symptoms.
