Gynae (I think) issues

Hi,
I put this in health rather than conception because I would imagine there's very little chance of being pregnant. I'm 41 and have an 8 year old but haven't conceived since. My general gynae health in a nut shell is that I've always had heavy periods. Over the last 3 years I would say that I've had a lot of clots. I had one chemical pregnancy 7 years ago. I had an operation to remove adhesions a couple of years ago.
The issue today - I'm not sure but i think I'm kind of mid cycle. Over the last 48 hours I've had intense bloating and mild cramps. I feel uncomfortable, like I'm carrying a bowling ball in my stomach. It's affecting my tummy, making me burp. It's also making me want to urinate more. I never normally get any kind of ovulation pain etc... in fact I don't even know if I ovulate any more. I'm not sure what it is. I'm wondering if it is an infection. I've only slept with my dh for 15 years so would be surprised if it were an STI. I have occasionally felt this kind of intense bloating and discomfort before, but normally without wiping brown. Any thoughts on what it might be? Feel shit :/

@Londonscalling22 Not sure but I'd get an appointment with GP to check, I'm sure it'll be something minor, but best to get checked out.

Are you on contraception?

Fibroids? I agree with making a GP appointment.
