Felt fine all day, come 7.45pm and BAM - serious dizziness (which hasn't subsided at all), nausea, diahrrea, sweats, palpitations and shortness of breath (not sure if the last 2 are due to anxiety).

It's been 2hrs now and I feel horrendous! Tried lying down but felt worse. I can't stand this, what can I do?

Tried drinking sips of water to keep myself hydrated but that's making me feel more sick.

Thanks for replying @Tefiti3

Just made the mistake of trying to lie down again and instantly the room started spinning and I was sick 🙈 must say though, I feel marginally better for it! Hopefully whatever it is leaves my system quickly 🤞

I had a similar thing last week, I felt so sick! For me I had a wobbly night but was only sick the once, though it was awful. As pp said there's some horrid bugs around right now. Take it easy and I hope you feel better soon!x

Thanks @oliveroses glad it didn't last too long for you. I feel terrible again (the relief was short lived). The only way I can stop the room spinning/focus is to sit with my head between my knees. If i sit up straight, stand or lie down everything starts moving and I feel instantly like I'm going to throw up. I'm so tired but can't get comfortable. My back is killing me and I'm back and forth to the toilet every 10 minutes x

Thanks for checking in 😊

I had a horrendous night, didn't manage to sleep until 4.30am. Woke up feeling slightly less dizzy but it's definitely still there. Still feeling very nauseous although haven't been sick again (probably helps that I haven't eaten).

DH took our baby and toddler to the shops earlier to get me some rehydration sachets and give me half an hours peace 👍

Still feeling very unwell but a marked improvement on last night. Hopefully that's me over the worst 🙏
