Agonising neck/head pain

I woke up normally this morning, lay in bed for a bit. After about 15 mins I felt a sharp pain bottom right of my head/into neck.
I tried to move but it was excruciating, I can move my head marginally to the left but not at all to the right. When I'm walking/trying to use my arms the pain is worse.
I've taken ibuprofen and paracetamol but it's not touching it.
I think it's potentially a trapped nerve but the pain is radiating into my head and is agony- is there anything I can take/do?

I've noticed if I press the area where the pain is, it relieves it a bit but the minute I let go, the pain is worse.

Sounds like a trapped nerve. Is it any better today? I have found they can take a long time to get better
